Dear Friends in China,

I am heartened to read of your sympathies after the barbaric attack on New York. There are parallels with the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941, which unified the American people. The difference now, is that this attack may hopefully help unify all the peoples of the world to combat evil wherever it lies.
