Introduction
The Ministry of
Supervision of the People's Republic of China is responsible for the
supervision work in the country. It supervises law enforcement,
incorruption and efficiency of the State Council and its personnel
as well as that of the people’s governments of all provinces,
autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central
people's government.
The ministry has the rights to deal with supervised matters under
the jurisdiction of supervisory organs of provinces, autonomous
regions and municipalities directly under the Central People's
Government. It also has the right to deal with supervised matters
under the jurisdiction of supervisory organs at all levels.
监察部主管全国监察工作，对国务院各部门及其公务员、国务院及国务院各部门任命的其他人员和各省、自治区、直辖市人民政府及其领导人员执法、廉政、效能情况实施监察。
监察部可以办理各省、自治区、直辖市人民政府监察机关管辖范围内的监察事项，必要时也可以办理各级监察机关管辖范围内的监察事项。
