Workers hoist a last flap of the steering bottom radial gates at the dam construction site of the Three Gorges Water Control Project in Yichang City , China's Hubei Province, July 25, 2001 while its set of radial gates have been completely installed recently. The completion is prepared for the project to secondly dam the river in 2002 and for the first group of unit to generate electricity in 2003.
