The office building of the local government of Yong'an Town collapses during a directional blasting made in Fengjie County, Chongqing, at 13:40 (Beijing time) Sunday, January 20, 2001. With the demolition of the building, the clean-up of the planned Three Gorges reservoir bed paves way to the beginning for storing water in 2003.
