King of Morocco Meets Entrepreneurs in Shanghai
King Mohammed VI of Morocco said in Shanghai Thursday he hoped to increase trade and economic cooperation between Morocco and Shanghai, which is undergoing an economic boom.
King Mohammed VI of Morocco said in Shanghai Thursday he hoped to increase trade and economic cooperation between Morocco and Shanghai, which is undergoing an economic boom.
He made these comments when meeting with representatives from about 30 well-known businesses in China and Morocco.
Figures show that trade between Shanghai and Morocco has increased in recent years, reaching 26.93 million U.S. dollars in 2001, 14 percent higher than in 2000.
The China-Morocco trade commodities mainly include integrate circuits, electronic goods, iron, copper and clothing.
