Veteran Sharpshooter Wang Beaten in ISSF World Cup
Veteran sharpshooter Wang Yifu was beaten to the eighth and last place in the men's air pistol finals Tuesday at the International Shooting Sports Federation (ISSF) World Cup.

The gold medal was taken by 28-year-old Franck Dumoulin of France by a large margin of 2.2 points. Dumoulin won the top honor with 686.0 points while Bulgarian Tanyu Kiriakov took the silver medal with 683.8 points.
Dumoulin had a steady performance in the 10-shot finals, continuing his forms displayed at the last World Cup Sydney stop wherein he took the men's free pistol.
"I am satisfied with the results," said Dumoulin, "although this is not my best results.
Dumoulin established his leading position after the preliminary round with 585 points and his steadiness finally gave him the title.
Kiriakov and bronze medalist Vladimir Gontcharov of Russia fought hard, Kirakov winning by just two tenths of a point.
Wang Yifu ranked fifth after the preliminary round with 582 points. He shot 8.2 at the eighth shot and was held off to the last place at the finals.
