Eximbank Issues 10 Billion Yuan Financial Bonds

The China Export and Import Bank (Eximbank) announced Thursday that it has successfully issued two-year financial bonds worth 10 billion yuan through public price bidding, with their price fixed at 96.24 yuan.

The China Export and Import Bank (Eximbank) announced Thursday that it has successfully issued two-year financial bonds worth 10 billion yuan through public price bidding, with their price fixed at 96.24 yuan.

A spokesman for the Eximbank said that 49 underwriters participated in the bidding, with vaild bids reaching 22.68 billion yuan, 2.3 times more than the value of those being issued.

He said that as one of the three issuers of bonds in China's inter-bank bond market, the Exmibank has always adhered to the principle of catering to investors' demands, and has developed its owned characteristics in information releases, the types of bonds it issues, and other aspects.
