Sales Volume of Jiefang Model Trucks Tops the World

As sources revealed, the FAW Jiefang model truck has hit a new record this year after it scored a world top record in its sales of single brand truck last year. According to analysis of experts, its sales volume has exceeded those of leading automobile manufacturers Bens and Valvo, ranking the first in the world.

As sources revealed, the FAW Jiefang model truck has hit a new record this year after it scored a world top record in its sales of single brand truck last year. A total of 112,000 trucks were sold in the first half of this year, an increase of 33.7 percent over the same period of last year. According to analysis of experts, its sales volume has exceeded those of leading automobile manufacturers Bens and Valvo, ranking the first in the world.

It's not easy for the group to make such a remarkable achievement when foreign products and technologies are entering China in great influx. Experts attribute its success to three reasons: advantages of brands, strategies and services.

The group has put in billions of yuan to conduct research and development, established two post-doctoral workshops and introduced creative ideas and concept in recent years, upon which the technologies of Jiefang model trucks are developing by leaps and bounds.
