China's First Students' Music Festival Ends

China's 1st College Students' Music Festival, starting from July 13, concluded in Xiamen Saturday in XiamenUniversity in south China's Fujian Province.

China's 1st College Students' Music Festival, starting from July 13, concluded in Xiamen Saturday in XiamenUniversity in south China's Fujian Province.

Nearly one thousand students from 17 universities carrying out musical education gathered on a square, hand in hand, singing the theme of the festival.

A total of 13 performance, including orchestral music, folk music, chorus, chamber music and symphony, were staged during the week-long event.

Performance for opening ceremony and closure was given by ChinaYouth United Orchestra (CYUO) and China Youth United Chorus (CYUC),which were composed of more than 400 students from different schools.
