Chinese Vice-premier Meets Ukrainian Guests
Chinese vice-premier Qian Qichen met in Beijing on Tuesday with Anapoliy K. Orel, deputy chief of the president's administration of Ukraine.

Qian said the Chinese government valued developing traditional and friendly ties with
Ukraine
and was keen to work with Ukraine to boost the two nations' all-round friendship, mutual trust and cooperation.
Regarding the visit as a good opportunity to know more about China's history and current success with reform and opening-up, Orel said Ukraine viewed developing friendly ties with China as one of its priority foreign policies. Ukraine would keep its commitments to continuously promote exchanges and cooperation between the two countries in all spheres.
