Chinese U-20 team draws with Myanmar U-17 team in soccer friendly

The Chinese National U-20 team drewwith Myanmar U-17 team 2-2 in its second friendly soccer match at the Youth Training Center here Friday evening.

Zhang Shudong of the guest team opened the scoring in the box after a long pass from his teammate Guo Liang nine minutes into the action. The home team equalized it when Kyaw Kyaw Soe met one-by-one with the Chinese substitute goalie Cao Lei and passed him and netted home at the 25th minute.

The visitors led with 2-1 in the first half when Yang Hao firing the close range ball before touching the ground through Zhou Yi's long pass from the right.

The hosts made it even by Bo Bo Aung's header through the ball bouncing from the Chinese upper bar kicking by Nyi Nyi Soe at the 75th minute.

In the last 15 minutes, both teams cannot penetrate each other and make a winning goal.

The Chinese team got ten corner kicks and the Myanmar team gained seven throughout the match. Two players of each side were shown yellow cards in the match.

The Chinese team lost 2-1 to the Myanmar U-21 team on Tuesday and it will play against with the Combined Myanmar Youth team on next Monday.
