Brazil Beats China in Turkey International Basketbsll Tournament
Brazil defeated China 97-62 for their second win in an international basketball tournament in Istanbul, Turkey on Thursday.

Turkey
on Thursday.
It was the second defeat for China at the tournament, which started on Wednesday.
Brazil led Asian champions China by 22 points at halftime. Vanderlei Mazuchini scored a game-high 18 points for Brazil.
Turkey, runners-up at last year's European championships, defeated
Angola
67-58 to a cheering home crowd. The team led throughout the game, managing a 19-point lead by halftime.
Yugoslavia, last year's European champions, beat
Canada
90-79. Canadian Prospoer Karangwa was the game's top scorer with 22 points.
The tournament has attracted a field of eight national teams, who are competing in this crucial warm-up tournament ahead of the world championships in the
United States
later this month.
