Chinese PLA Delegation Leaves for European Tour

A Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) delegation left Monday for a goodwill visit to the Republic of Poland and the Czech Republic at the invitation of the defense ministries of the two European countries.

The delegation is led by Lei Mingqiu, political commissar of the Nanjing Military Area Command of the PLA.
