Chinese breaks world record in shooting World Cup Finals

China's Olympic champion Tao Luna broke the women's 25m sport pistol world record at the shooting World Cup Finals here on Saturday.

China's Olympic champion Tao Luna broke the women's 25m sport pistol world record at the shooting World Cup Finals here on Saturday.

Tao won the gold medal with 695.9 points, shattering her own old world mark of 693.3 points and beating her teammate Chen Ying to second place.

Chinese Tan Zongliang snatched the men's 50m pistol title by scoring 666.2 points.
