Macao SAR Chief Executive Leaves for Mozambique
Chief Executive Edmund Ho Hau Wah of China's Macao Special Administrative Region left here Saturday for an official visit to Mozambique.

Macao
Special Administrative Region left here Saturday for an official visit to Mozambique.
The visit is aimed to forge closer ties between Macao and the Portuguese-speaking country in south Africa, a government spokesman said.
Ho plans to meet with senior officials of Mozambique.
This was the second Portuguese-speaking country that Ho visited following his visit to
Portugal
in May, 2000.
Ho's delegation consists of Susana Chou, president of the Macao SAR Legislative Assembly and Francis Tam Pak Yuen, secretary for economy and finance, as well as a batch of entrepreneurs, who willreturn to Macao on Sept. 26.
