Whatever forgeries as falsifying reports and frame-ups on exports and Custom duty, export deals, contracts and vouchers, Customs clearance, tax return and value-added and other related criminal acts cheating on state treasury will be heavily penalized under Article 204 of the Criminal Code.

This is especially so and no less mercy would be shown to government functionaries defrauding state coffers of money according to authoritative sources lately released in China.

Specifically, a sum of over 50,000 yuan, 500,000 yuan and 2.50 million yuan of duty amount by defrauders would be duly and categorically punished as the ceilings to mete out penalties to all possible forgeries and embezzlers on the payroll of the state.
