China's Int'l Computer Expo Attracts More PC Enterprises, Buyers

More than 520 computer enterprises from home and abroad have their products on display atthe Fourth China Dongguan International Computer Exposition, which opened in Dongguan City, south China's Guangdong Province, Sunday.

More than 520 computer enterprises from home and abroad have their products on display atthe Fourth China Dongguan International Computer Exposition, which opened in Dongguan City, south China's Guangdong Province, Sunday.

The expo is said to be the fourth largest of its kind in the world.

The current expo has also attracted more than 20,000 business people and purchasing delegations from both home and abroad, according to the organizing committee of the five-day event.

Among the 5,000 purchasing delegations, over 1,000 are from 20 other countries and regions.

Dongguan, just an hour's drive from Guangzhou, capital of Guangdong Province, is packed with more than 3,000 IT companies, making the city one of the biggest IT products processing and manufacturing bases in the world.
