China, US Hold Meeting on Military Maritime Security

The second meeting of China-US Military Maritime-Air Safety working group was held in Qingdao, a coastal city in eastern China's Shandong Province from December 4 to 6 within the framework of the Military Maritime Consultation Agreement (MMCA).

The second meeting of China-US Military Maritime-Air Safety working group was held in Qingdao, a coastal city in eastern China's Shandong Province from December 4 to 6 within the framework of the Military Maritime Consultation Agreement (MMCA).

China's Ministry of National Defence Friday said the two sides had exchanged views frankly and constructively.

The US working group met with Xiao Xinnian, Chief of Staff of the People's Liberation Army Navy North Sea Fleet, and visited the "Qingdao" missile destroyer.
