Pyongyang Rally Condemns US Campaign Against DPRK

A rally was held at the Open-Air Theatre of the Youth Park in Pyongyang on Saturday with over 10,000 citizens from all walks of life attending. It expressed support and solidarity to the South Korean people in their anti-U.S. struggle and denounced the U.S. moves to stifle the DPRK.

A rally was held at the Open-Air Theatre of the Youth Park in Pyongyang on Saturday with over 10,000 citizens from all walks of life attending. It expressed support and solidarity to the South Korean people in their anti-U.S. struggle and denounced the U.S. moves to stifle the DPRK. Yang Hyong Sop, Vice-President of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly, made a speech which was followed by several speeches.

A statement was issued at the rally.

The statement called on all the Koreans to turn out in the sacred anti-U.S. resistance to drive the U.S. imperialist aggressors out of South Korea and resolutely frustrate the "nuclear racket" of the U.S. aimed to bring clouds of war to hang over the Korean nation.
