Beijing Olympians Rally to Down Shaanxi Kylins 92-88

Love Justin's decisive three-pointer lifted the Beijing Olympians to a 92-88 win over the Shaanxi Kylins in a Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) league ninth round game in Beijing on Saturday, handing the rivals their secondconsecutive defeat.

Love Justin shot from 11-for-19 and scored the team's high 36 points, pulled down seven rebounds in 34 minutes.

Yuan Zhinan added 15 points, while center Shan Tao collected 9 rebounds and contributed seven points for the Olympians.

Carth Joseph, the Kylins' 2.10-meter-tall center from Jamaica, scored 29 points and collected 16 rebounds. His teammate Ma Yugun netted 21 points including 3-for-3 points behind the line. But these were not enough to stop his side from losing the seventh of their last nine games.

Shaanxi Kylins, who suffered a defeat from Beijing Ducks on January 1, managed a seesaw game in the first half and dropped behind after the second quarter only with 48-50.

Justin found his rhythm in the third quarter and gained 14 points in a row, to lead Olympian 75-68 into the fourth quarter.

Shaanxi made a comeback at the beginning of the fourth quarter with a 9-1 run, but Justin's three-pointer totally smashed Shaanxi's hope to a U-turn game.
