BEA Beijing Branch Commences Business
The Bank of East Asia (BEA)'s Beijing Branch commenced business from Friday, according to a statement from the bank.

Branch commenced business from Friday, according to a statement from the bank.
The statement said the establishment of the new branch follows approval from the
People's Bank of China
of the BEA's application to upgrade its Beijing Representative Office to a full branch.
It said the BEA currently owns the most extensive network amongoverseas banks in the Chinese mainland.
The Bank has 16 outlets on the Chinese mainland, including eight branches, two sub-branches and six representative offices, it added.
