A man claiming to have a bomb who entered the Beijing bureau of international news agency Reuters in Beijing Wednesday morning was mentally disturbed, according to police sources.

Preliminary investigations name the intruder as Fang Qinghui, who was born in 1968 and is a native of Yichun City in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province.

Fang entered the Beijing office of Reuters at Shengfu Mansion in eastern Beijing Wednesday morning, telling journalists there he wanted to sue the psychiatric hospital and the local court at Yichun City.
