Defending champion Luo Xuejuan of China won the women's 50m breaststroke at the world swimming championships on Sunday.

Defending champion Luo Xuejuan of China won the women's 50m breaststroke at the world swimming championships on Sunday.
Luo timed 30.67 seconds, beating Brooke Hanson of
Australia
to second in 31.13 and world record holder Zoe Baker of Britain thirdin 31.37.
The 19-year-old Luo earlier won the 100m breaststroke in the championship.
