With Ronaldo and Luis Figo rested, strikers Fernando Morientes and Javier Portillo scored the goals for the Spanish champions, asPortillo netted in the opener in the 29th minute.
Against the Thai nationls, Real only fielded in Raul for a short second-half appearance with Zinedine Zidane and David Beckham orchestrating at the heart of Real's best moves.
After Roberto Carlos blasted a 35-meter free kick just over thebar, Sutee Suksomkit hit in the equaliser in the 62nd minute.
Six minutes later, Morientes restored Real's lead after a Zidane shot was blocked.
