Romanian President arrives in HK
President of Romania Ion Iliescuarrived in Hong Kong Sunday to begin his tour of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).

Sunday to begin his tour of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
Iliescu has just ended his visit to the Chinese mainland.
Iliescu will meet with HKSAR Chief Executive Tung Chee Hwa on Monday. A luncheon will also be held in honor of the president of Romania at the Government House.
During his stay in Hong Kong, Iliescu will meet with local businessmen at a reception organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.
He will leave Hong Kong for home in the morning of Aug. 26.
