Large Amounts of Coal Reserves Found in E. China
Chinese geologists have found rich coal reserves in Fuyang City of east China's Anhui Province.

Chinese geologists have found rich coal reserves in Fuyang City of east China's
Anhui
Province.
The coal reserves, which spread over an area of 75 sq km, is set at about one billion tons, said a manager with the Geophysical Prospecting Team with Anhui Provincial Coal Mine and Geology Bureau.
He said the coal reserves could sustain development of 200 years by a coal mine with an annual production of six million tons.
Guotou Xinji Group, a large coal producer based in Huainan City, also in Anhui Province, has obtained the right to explore the coalreserves in this area.
