Russian Tu-160 bomber crashes with four aboard

A supersonic Russian Tu-160 bomber crashed Thursday during a test flight in central Russia, with four crew members aboard, Interfax quoted military sources as saying.

A supersonic Russian Tu-160 bomber crashed Thursday during a test flight in central Russia, with four crew members aboard, Interfax quoted military sources as saying.

The bomber downed in the Saratov region, about 700 kilometers southeast of Moscow, Inferfax reported.

The fate of the four crew members is unknown. Search and rescue work are under way, Interfax said.
