President Hu speaks highly of Sino-Cuba relations

Chinese Party Leader Hu Jintao praised the friendship and cooperation between the two Communist parties and countries of China and Cuba on Friday.

Chinese Party Leader Hu Jintao praised the friendship and cooperation between the two Communist parties and countries of China and Cuba on Friday.

General Secretary of the Chinese Communist Party Hu Jintao, who is also Chinese president, was speaking when meeting with Jose Ramon Balaguer, member of the Political Bureau and head of the international Department of the Cuban Communist Party Central Committee.

Hu Jintao said the CPC, the Chinese government and the people would, as always, support the just cause of the Cuban Party, government and people.

Balaguer said there is a strong friendship between the two parties and the two countries.
