Premier Wen Jiabao presided over a State Council Executive Meeting Friday to discuss implementation of the law on administrative permission and review the current situation in carrying out the regulations on helping vagrants and beggars.

The meeting also discussed the policies regarding government support for domestic airlines and travel agencies.
