Pakistan PM shocked over murder of National Assembly member

Pakistani Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali expressed his deep shock over the murder of National Assembly member Maulana Azam Tariq by unidentified assailants on the Kashmir Highway.

Pakistani Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali expressed his deep shock over the murder of National Assembly member Maulana Azam Tariq by unidentified assailants on the Kashmir Highway.

The prime minister said it was a brutal act of terrorism, and every effort should be made to find the culprits and punish them severely.

Pakistani Foreign Minister Khurshid Mahmood Kasuri also strongly condemns the killing. He says those who want to create unrest by spreading sectarianism will fail miserably. Kasuri vows that the government will not only deal strongly with international terrorism, but also crush domestic terrorism with an iron hand.
