A US collector is to hold an auction next month of costumes, props and oddities from Arnold Schwarzenegger, the Hollywood actor turned Governor-elect of California.

The collector, Michael Kronick, said the auction will be held on Nov. 15 at the Heritage Galleries of Dallas, Texas.

Kronick, who keeps his collection of celebrity memorabilia in a Minneapolis warehouse, claims to own one of the largest Schwarzenegger collections in the country.

The auction will include a pair of black boots from "Terminator," a pair of boxers from "True Lies" and fake weapons and parachutes from "Eraser."

Kronick estimates the 15 to 20 lots of objects are expected to collect about 100,000 US dollars.

The collection grew over the years as Kronick hung around moviesets, making friends with wardrobe and props people. "I kind of have kept his stuff over the years," the 32-year-old said this week.

Kronick turned a childhood fascination with rock superstars into a multimillion-dollar business, collecting and selling autographed guitars and memorable outfits.
