China, Portuguese-speaking countries forum ends

The two-day Forum for Economic and Trade Cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries, the first of its kind, ended Tuesday in the Macao Special Administrative Region.

The two-day Forum for Economic and Trade Cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries, the first of its kind, ended Tuesday in the Macao Special Administrative Region.

The forum, sponsored by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce and attended by ministerial-level officials from seven Portuguese-speaking countries, led to a trade action plan which ensures tightened and facilitated bilateral trade ties through the trade platform of Macao.

The seven Portuguese-speaking countries are Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Guinea Bissau, Mozambique, Portugal and East Timor.
