NPC delegation leaves for Europe

A delegation of China's National People's Congress (NPC) left Beijing Monday for an official goodwill visit to Spain, Germany and Britain.

A delegation of China's National People's Congress (NPC) left Beijing Monday for an official goodwill visit to Spain, Germany and Britain, at the invitation of the Spanish Congress of Deputies, the German Federal Assembly and the House of Commons, the lower house of the British parliament.

The delegation is headed by Wang Zhaoguo, vice-chairman of the NPC Standing Committee.
