The China Aerospace Foundation has announced that the logo of China's aerospace industry cannot be used commercially, without its prior approval.

The foundation recently issued a circular accusing some local companies of illegally using the logo in advertising, and threatened legal action for anyone who used the logo without permission.

So far, a number of companies have been franchised to use the logo, including a Shenzhen-based company that manufactured the wrist watch worn by Yang Liwei, China's first man in orbit.
