CPC Central Committee, State Council issue decision on skills

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the State Council have issued a decision on strengthening the country's skills training and employment.

The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the State Council have issued a decision on strengthening the country's skills training and employment.

The issue of human resources is vital to the causes of the CPC and the country, and a fundamental task in the new century is to enable talented people to fulfill their potential and revitalize China, says the decision.

The decision underlined skills training, reforms and renovationin the human resources evaluation system, improvement of the employment market, more liberalization of the ability to change jobs, effective rewards, training of high-level personnel and adherence to the CPC's management of skilled professionals.

Human resources are the primary resource of China, and more must be done to train, attract and employ qualified personnel, thedecision said.
