Zhou Bohua, 56, was elected governor of central China's
Hunan
Province at the second full meeting of the 10th Hunan Provincial People's Congress on Jan. 15.
Zhou, a postgraduate of the Central Party School, has served as deputy secretary of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and acting governor of Hunan.
