China Meets South Korea Again in Olympic Qualifiers

The Asian Football Confederation has announced the three groups of the 11 women's teams for the Asian Olympic qualifying games in Tokyo, Japan.

The Asian Football Confederation has announced the three groups of the 11 women's teams for the Asian Olympic qualifying games in Tokyo, Japan.

North Korea, China and Japan are seeded for the 3 groups.

In the second group, China will meet South Korea, as in the men's qualifiers.

North Korea, Chinese Taipei, Singapore and Chinese Hong Kong are in the first group.

The other two members of the second group are Burma and Guam.

Japan will meet Thailand and Vietnam in the third group.

China will meet the highest scoring second place team from the other groups in the semi-finals.

The winners of North Korea's group and Japan's group will meet in the semi-finals.
