Four killed, five injured in head-on collision road accident

Four people were killed and fiveinjured early Friday when a passenger bus and a truck collided head-on in Deqing County, Zhaoqing City, south China's Guangdong Province.

Four people were killed and fiveinjured early Friday when a passenger bus and a truck collided head-on in Deqing County, Zhaoqing City, south China's Guangdong Province.

Both vehicles were severely damaged in the accident, which occurred about 4:20 a.m. when the bus carrying 34 passengers crossed the center line and crashed into the truck.

The bus driver was responsible for the accident, said local police.

The injured were in stable conditions at a local hospital.

Police are carrying out further investigations into the circumstances of the accident caused by driving in fatigue.
