Advanced judicial identification center launched in E. China

An advanced judicial identification center was launched Thursday in Hangzhou, capital of east China's Zhejiang Province, believed to be the largest setup of its kind ever established in the eastern part of the country.

An advanced judicial identification center was launched Thursday in Hangzhou, capital of east China's Zhejiang Province, believed to be the largest setup of its kind ever established in the eastern part of the country.

With approval from the Ministry of Justice, the center has been built with nine medico-legal units involved in pathological, clinical and material evidence verification and identification.

The center is equipped with state-of-the-art laboratories and dozens of identification facilities, valued at more than 10 million yuan (1.2 million US dollars).
