Russia has declared two Estonian diplomats personae non grata and told them to leave the country, the Foreign Ministry said on Monday.

"On March 22, Estonians Charge-d'Affaires Juri Arusoo was informed at the Foreign Ministry that two Estonian diplomats had been declared personae non grata for activities incompatible with their diplomatic status and must leave the country in two days," the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

Russia's decision came as Estonia's Foreign Ministry confirmed earlier on Monday it had expelled two Russian diplomats last week
