Iraqi governing council president to visit China

Bahr Ul-Uloum, president of the Iraqi Governing Council (IGC), will visit China from March 25 to 27 at the invitation of the Chinese side, announced by Kong Quan, spokesman of the Chinese Foreign Ministry Tuesday.

Bahr Ul-Uloum, president of the Iraqi Governing Council (IGC), will visit China from March 25 to 27 at the invitation of the Chinese side, announced by Kong Quan, spokesman of the Chinese Foreign Ministry Tuesday.

Kong told a regular press conference that this is the first China tour paid by the IGC president.

He said during the visit, Chinese leaders will exchange views with Bahr Ul-Uloum on Sino-Iraqi relations and the issues of common concern.
