China issues equivalent of US$3.2 billion in T-bonds

China's Ministry of Finance on Thursday issued 26.76 billion yuan (3.2 billion US dollars) in book-entry treasury bonds to financial distributors through the country's inter-bank bond markets.

China's Ministry of Finance on Thursday issued 26.76 billion yuan (3.2 billion US dollars) in book-entry treasury bonds to financial distributors through the country's inter-bank bond markets.

The bonds' annual interest rate is set at 3.20 percent with the term of three years. The bonds will be traded at the inter-bank bond markets from April 20.
