A military tank is driven into Tianyuan Chemical Plant in southwest China's Chongqing Municipality April 18, 2004. The remaining three chlorine gas storage tanks at the plant where a serial gas blast occurred on Friday after a chlorine gas leakage were destroyed by the tank on Sunday. The city decided to detonate the gas storage tanks in order to prevent them from continuing leaking chlorine gas. The accident left nine people dead and missing and another three injured. (Xinhua)
