Oil depot in north China's Shanxi Province gets on fire

A large oil tank with the Banpo Depot of Yuncheng City Petroleum Company, north China's Shanxi Province, suddenly got on fire around 10 p.m. on April

25, but there was no casualties yet, local sources said.

By press time, the fire had not been brought under control yet. Fire fighters have been mobilized from the neighboring Linfen Cityto help the local

recue team combat the fire.

Banpo Depot has six oil tanks each with a storage capacity of 5,000 tons.

Cause of the fire was under investigation.
