Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing had a phone conversation here Monday with his Thai counterpart Surakiat Sathirathai.

The two ministers exchanged views on strengthening friendly cooperation in bilateral and multilateral fields.

Surakiat extended his congratulation to Li on the convening of the 60th session of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific in Shanghai, and wished the session a success.
