Artist "Begins Painting" for the Beijing Olympics

Charles Billich from Australia, a famous painter announced Beijing on Monday that he would send the Beijing Municipal Government a painting to memorize the city's successful bidding for the 2008 Olympic Games. He sent Beijing a painting titled "Beijing Millennium Cityscape" during Beijing's bid for the 2008 Olympic Games in 2001.
