Macedonian PM wins presidential race

Macedonian Prime Minister Branko Crvenkovski won the presidential elections on Wednesday, the central electoral commission said early Thursday.

Among the counted 99 percent of the votes, Crvenkovski gained 62 percent while his opposition rival Sasko Kedev received 37 percent.
