Three years ago, the mainland asked most of the Taiwan senior executive aged above 40. Now they eye more on young medium level with not only three to five years of work experience but even experience on the mainland. The director said more jobs are asking for English proficiency shows Taiwan companies hope job candidates to have college degree or above and ability in communication in English to assist exploit the market. The top five hot jobs are international trade operation, accountant, high technology, quality assurance and sales.
