Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing talked to Condoleezza Rice, assistant to the US President for National Security Affairs.

Rice said the United States will continue to adhere to the one-China policy. The two sides also exchanged views on the expansion of bilateral economic and trade cooperation and on handling the nuclear issue within the framework of Beijing six-party talks.
