Hua Jianmin, a state councilor and secretary-general of China's State Council, met in Beijing Friday with Gyula Pulay, state secretary in the prime minister's office of Hungary.

Pulay is here to attend the "China Employment Forum" held by the International Labor Organization and China on April 28-30.
